
1. This is a Free Entry to Prize Draw. No purchase necessary.
2. To enter the prize draw, you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
3. Only one entry per person and no photocopies will be accepted.
4. Bulk entries, automated entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
5. The opening date for entries is Monday, 30th March 2009.
6. The closing date for entries is Sunday, 3rd May 2009.
7. By entering the prize draw promotion all entrants will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules.
8. Completed entries accepted only. All incomplete entries will be null and void.
9. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, unrecognisable or incomplete.
10. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by email or post within 72 hours.
11. There will be one prize winner only.
12. The winner will receive a Volkswagen (VW) Fox.
13. In the event of circumstances outside the promoter’s control, or if the advertised models are no longer available at the time of awarding the prize we will substitute a car of equal value.
14. No cash or substitute prize is available.
15. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 28 days of the original draw.
16. The winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before the prize is awarded.
17. By entering the prize draw promotion, all entrants agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from winning promotion.
18. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. People connected with The Pavilion, their families, agents, or anyone else involved in the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
